Return & Refund Policy

At Delicacy Cakes & Treats, each order is custom-made specifically for you. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

Deposits & Payments

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order date.
• Deposits are applied toward the final balance of your order.
• Full payment must be received before pickup or delivery.

Cancellations

• Orders canceled 14 days or more before the event date may receive a refund of any payments made, excluding the deposit.
• Orders canceled less than 14 days before the event date are non-refundable due to preparation, ordering of supplies, and scheduling commitments.

Refunds

• Refunds will not be issued for changes in taste preferences, design choices approved by the customer, or products that have been damaged after pickup or delivery.
• If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours and provide photos so we can review the situation.
• Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Pickup & Delivery

• Once an order has been picked up or successfully delivered, responsibility for the product transfers to the customer.
• We are not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, transportation, or storage after pickup/delivery.
